[Guardian] Abuja -The suit filed by Bishop Osadolor Ochei seeking to compel the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) to probe former Edo State governor, Adams Oshiomhole, over alleged corruption suffered a setback yesterday as the Federal High Court, Abuja, struck it out.
