The Code of Conduct  Tribunal, CCT, sitting in Abuja,yesterday, held that the suspended Chief Justice of Nigeria, CJN, Justice Walter Onnoghen, has a case to answer regarding the allegation that he failed to declare his assets.

Consequently, the tribunal, dismissed the no-case-submission the CJN filed with respect to the six-count charge the Federal Government preferred against him.
