INEC PVCs: What the figures mean
INEC chairman, Prof. Mahmood Yakubu yesterday announced details of the collection of the Permanent Voter Cards, PVCs with the revelation that Lagos and Kano States had the highest number of PVCs. It was no surprise given the population of the two states which are respectively commercial centres of Southern and Northern Nigeria.
