Okorocha Orders Arrest of Parents Whose Children Hawk

[Guardian] Owerri -Henceforth, all parents, whose children of school age hawk, will be arrested and prosecuted, governor of Imo State, Rochas Okorocha, has said, disclosing that enabling law to that effect has been passed by the state House of Assembly.
