Alleged N6.3 Billion Fraud - Court Declines EFCC Application to Reassign Jang's Case

[This Day] Jos -- A Plateau State High Court sitting in Jos yesterday refused to grant an application by the Economic and Financial Crime Commission (EFCC) seeking to return the case file of a former Governor of the state, Senator Jonah Jang to the state Chief Judge for reassignment to a new judge.
